About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I LIVE IN NY AND HAVE BOTH COLOMBIAN AND US CITIZENSHIPS. CAN I APPLY FOR THE CHINESE VISA IN NEW YORK AS A COLOMBIAN?

I'M JOINING A TOUR THAT STARTS AND ENDS IN COLOMBIA. CAN I APPLY FOR THE CHINESE VISA IN NEW YORK AS A COLOMBIAN?

if you want to apply Chinese visa in NEW York, you have to use your U.S. passport to apply. You can't apply for Chinese visa in New York as a Colombian.
