im holding bangladesh passport but currenty working in china , i have china resident visa , i wanna know do i need visa for macao and if needed where can i collect the visa

Yes, you need visa to Macau, you can't get a Macau visa on arrival. Since July 1, 2010, citizens of Bangladesh have to obtain a Macau visa in advance. You can't get the Macau visa within Mainland China, if you have a friend or sponsor in Macau, you can mail your passport and other documents to him/her and ask him/her to apply Macau visa through Immigration Department of Macau Public Security Police Bureau.
