About:China Visa

I was overstay my visa in china last march 2011. Will this effect if I apply another visa?

this will give effect if I apply the visa here in Manila? Is there anobody can give some advise for me before I made any action..thanks in advance

There is a great chance you'll get refused. If you have overstayed for long, I'm afraid you cannot enter China in the following 3-5 years.
