About:Chinese Embassy in Colombia

I am a colombian citizen on vacation in France. Can I apply for z visa at chinese embassy in Paris?

I have all the paperwork needed (health certificate, invitation letter, work license)

I don't think you can get a Z visa at Chinese embassy in Paris even though you have all the required paperwork. You are a Colombian citizen on Vacation in France rather that a long-term resident in France, why don't you obtain a Z visa in Colombia?
