If you want to work in China, you need a Working Permit issued to foreign experts by China Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. This is what you need to get with help of your employer in China. The form of Physical Examination Certificate for Z visa application, guidelines and list of accredited hospitals are available at the visa counter of Chinese embassy.
