Does the $280 fee includes the Ocean Park Express Train ride? wats the frequency of trips?

Yes, include the train ride. The train runs both in two directions, and it takes about 4 minutes for a single trip. So, need to wait 10 minutes to see its back, I guess. Sometimes, there is a long waiting line in the train station, especially in peak hour to arrive and leave the park.0
