Confirmation Letter of invitation letter by Chongqing Foreign affairs Office

Dear Ms. Nancy Croon
According to your advice for the e-mail of 18 August/2011, I contacted to the Foreign office. They said that your invitation letter attested by Notary public of Beibey district, Chongqing is enough for the use of visas of your wife, son , daughter in the Chinese Embassy of Bangladesh.
Now, my question to you, is it enough for visas ? My family members will come here for two years living with me. I would like to eagerly wait your reply very soon.

Sincerely yours
Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam , Ph.D (Japan)

You'd better visit the office of Foreign Affairs in person for an original Visa Notice Form. The invitation letter attested by Notary Public might not sufficient. But if still they said your invitation letter is enough, you can send it back to Bangladesh. Anyway, the Notary Public is an authorized departments in China.
