I am expecting a package from China. When I have checked the track number online, it showed that it had passed customs in Beijing airport and this status stayed unchanged for 4 days and then disappeared, so now when I check again, it just says no results as if the package doesn't exist anymore. What does this mean? Who should I contact?

This happens a lot to an internatinal package. You may wait a little longer or contact the shipping agency for the detailed info.

I am expecting a package from China.
