About:Ruins of St. Paul's & Monte Fort

MY Grandmother was Portuguese and born in Macau is it still possible to see some of the old Macau?

Hello,
My grandmother was Portuguese and born in Macau, what sort of a day itinerary would you suggest as a way of seeing "the old Macau" the Portuguese bakeries and restaurants for lunch and of course St Paul's church and if possible any old streets that indicate what Portuguese life was like in the "40's & 50's etc. If necessary I could come back for a second day as we are staying in Kowloon.
Thank you

You can get to Senado St. Domingo's Church, St. Paula's Ruins area. There are many old streets there. It is the historical center of Macau. Nearby Senado Square, there is Restaurant Platao, a portorguese restaurant. It is still walkable from this area to Ama Temple and many old houses along the way.
