hi I'm iraqi nationality and I have three entery this year to china how can get the Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month Validity , is it possible and what document should I prepare

You can have a try,  it is possible to get a one year multiple entry visa if you can provide proof that you need to enter China three times this year, such as the invitation letter from China (it should better be an official one), hotel reservations and air-tickets. If you have visited China before, previous China visas are also helpful.
