About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Can a US citizen get a F visa in Zurich for entry to China?

I will be working in Zurich for 8 weeks prior to going to China. I have a Swiss visa. Can I get the F visa in Zurich or do I have to get it (somehow) in the US?

You can apply for an F visa in US before leaving for Zurich. A single entry China visa is good for 3 months after issuance.
