Layover 8 hours, can I go out for a city tour in Shanghai?

I have Indonsians Pasport, I have been planning to fly from Beijing to Hongkong on Agust 24, 2011, The plane will transit for 8 hours. Can I go out from Pudong airport to take a city tour in Shanghai during this time?
I had entranced China on July 25, 2011 and have 30 days permit stay in China mainland. hope expecting your answer soon cause I want to book my itenarary ticket
