About:China Visa

Can somebody help me answer all my question about my Z visa rejected?

I worked in china for 5 years, i stayed here in phil. for like 6 months, until i have my employer from china who send me all the documents needed to apply for Z visa. May last visa was L visa. But I was rejected here in manila, and until now trying to look for an answer why i was rejected. Maybe its because my old passport has an *says need to exit in china in 10 days, but that was 2006 and i had 4 years of Z visa after that. would it be recorded to the embassy, if i re apply for a visa after 3 months? and if same employer and same requirements i would apply, would it be rejected again? pls somebody help me answer this, i still have more follow up question after this, I will wait for a reply

You can reapply for Z visa after 3 months with the same requirements and the same employer. You can also submit visa application to China consulate in Cebu or Laoag.

One of my Filipino friend applied for a tourist visa to China to visit her sister, the application was denied by China embassy in Manila, after one week, she applied again and was approved and issued a single entry L visa with 30 days stay duration, how ridiculous the embassy is!
