Hi, I hope somebody can answer my question. Does the 2 working days processing start on the day of application? For example, I need to fly to China urgently on November 20th. If I apply at the embassy on Nov 17th (since Nov 16th is a holiday), will I be able to get my visa on Nov 19th? Thanks to anyone who can help!
