I want to go to Linyi from Shanghai, which train should i take and what's the price ?

There is no direct train from Shanghai to Linyi. You can make a transfer in Jinan. After arrival at Shanghai Hongqiao airport, you can walk to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and take high speed train there to Jinan. It takes about 3 hours and 50 minutes. It costs CNY400 for second class and CNY675 for first class.
Then take train from Jinan to Linyi. It takes about 4 hours and 20 minutes. The train ticket is CNY51 for hard seat and CNY78 for soft seat.

Just in case, there's nothing cheaper ? Even if it's longer, i'm not really in a hurry.

If time permits, you could catch the the train T282/T283 which departs from Shanghai South Train Station at 19:17 and arrive in Jinan at 05:44 the next morning. The fare is CNY239/hard-sleeper. Then, you could transfer to Linyi by train or bus.
Ps: since you will travel during the holiday peak time, it is difficult to purchase this train tickets on the spot.
Sandy's suggestion of taking the frequent high-speed train should be the best choice.

You can take direct buses from SH General Long-distance Bus Station to Linyi. The airport shuttle bus line 5 can take you from the airport to the SH Railway Station an then walk to the Long-distance bus station. The bus fare is around 147 to 206RMB per adult.

It is best to fly from Shanghai to Linyi in 90min. Direct flights are available both at Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport.

Nobody will probably read this, but the easiest way to get to Linyi from Shanghai is by airplane. As a few people have mentioned, it’s only a 90 mins flight, which you can book on the internet before arriving. The daily Hongqiao-Linyi flight leaves at 8.40am, & there’s a 1.25pm flight from Pudong. There’s another flight from either Hongqiao or Pudong (I can’t remember which) each day. The cost is less than CNY800 (US$125) so unless you want to spend 10 hours on uncomfortable trains & in train stations..... get an air ticket 😀👍🏻
