International arrival into Beijing T3 transferring to domestic departure also in T3, with CARRY ON l

I'm planning an international arrival into Beijing's T3, transferring to a domestic departure also in T3. If I have CARRY ON luggage only, what is the minimum time I should reserve to make my flight? Both flights are with Air China.
