About:Dual Nationality

I was born in Guatemala, my dad was Chinese citizen but died I wanna be chinese citizen what I need?

he lived for a long time in this country (Guatemala) and Died here too, I think I have all the papers that confirm he was a chinese citizen, although I was born in Guatemala I was told that, by right, I can claim chinese citizenship, so what do I need to have and what do I need to do to become a chinese citizen?

You would have to renounce your Guatemalan citizenship. China does not recognize dual citizenship.

I am quite certain you can not obtain the Chinese citizenship & passport. however, you can get it in law but i just talk about the fact
