If you don't have an invitation letter from an duly authorized Chinese government unit, you can't get a business visa to China, you can try to apply for tourist visa. You need to prepare your passport, one passport, fill visa application form V.2011A, maybe the round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking in China are also required.

Please check the China Embassy in Iraq what kind material you need for China Visa application.

You need an invitation letter from a specific Chinese company.

You may visit http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/ljzg/3647/3648/t18417.htm
for Chinese visa and procedure for visa application information.
