Can An Australian Citizen and Australian Resident get a tourist visa to China while in Canada?

Just visiting Canada and decided that I would like to go to china with some friends for a tour. I'm an Australian passport holder and Australian resident. Is there any office in Canada that I can apply for a tourist China visa while I'm visitng Canada?
