Can a person who is not a Chinese national own land or a house or a homeunit or a factory in China?

Forinstance, can a person who is not Chinese buy land in China and mine that land for whatever its worth of mining on that land?

Foreigners are allowed to buy house and get business licenses in China, but it depends on where you are. And they would be very complicated in China. However, land is more complicated and hard if you want to go for mining on it.
