Difference between bullet train and normal train

What is the difference between bullet train and any normal train? If I book my train tickets using this section of the website, will I get a ticket for bullet train or a normal train?

Well, bullet trains are more comfortable and much faster than normal trains. And they are only available on some routes in China. For the details, it is better for you to check on the website with your departure and arrival city and then submit an online booking.
