China Southern Arilines ticket cancelled automatically with status UN, How can I contact them in Jeddah to discuss this?

I have taken 2 tickets to Dubai Jeddah from China Southern Arilines 4 days back from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and I got the ticket in my hand (status HK) from an authorized travel agency. But 2 days back travel agency called me and told your ticket status is showing UN (No flight operate currently) and cancelled automatically and I reconfirmed the same through internet. How can I contact the dedicated CS Airline people in Jeddah to discuss this? I have got 2 numbers from the agency, but nobody is responding to that number.
Kindly help me on the same.
