About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

flying into beijing from sydney Air China onto ulanbator Air China, baggage straight through?

or pick up and re check in t3?

You'd better call Air China for details. Usually, if you use the same airline companies or connecting tickets, the luggage should be transferred automatically.
