About:Shanghai Travel

I am australian passport holder in transit in Shanghai Pudong Airport and staying at the Ramada-do I need a visa

My elderly mother will be in transit at Pudong Int Airport for approx 8 hours and has a room at the Ramada. Is a transit vis required
