i lose my passportwork permit in china, how can i do?

I have three booklets of passport. Out of three 2 old booklet and workpermit I have lost while travelling from china to hongkong on 16-06-2011. I already report to police station of Clifford estates Panyu. How am I going to get my passport and work permit. What are the things I supposed to do to get my old passport as  have my US visa B1/ B2 in that. Thank you,Vidyadhar Sumant.(0086-13538769351)

Now, you have to apply for a new Indian passport by taking the Lost Report issued by Police Station of Clifford Estates Panyu and other documents to go to Indian consulate in Guangzhou. If someone pick up your passport, it will be returned to police station, you can get your old passport, however, the chance is slim. I guess it is impossible for you to the lost passport. Once you get a new passport, you have to apply for China residence permit again.
