About:China Train

I want to go to Wuhan but I do not know whether I should land in Beijing or Shanghai?

Which one is closer to Wuhan and then can I get a train once I land in one of these cities? How long does it take? Because I have to be there the 4 of July and I am planning to land the 4 of July in Beijing or Shanghai.
Please advise. Thanks

Hi, Shanghai is closer to Wuhan. By bullet trains, it just takes around 5hrs from Shanghai while more than 8hrs from Beijing. Train tickets during the beginning of July should not be under very great demand, but you would better book the tickets in advance.
