About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I want to study telcomunication engineering in china so is there international universties offers it

I am somali but temporally lives in uganda so I want to get my admission in uganda and also wants to leave uganda by the time I get my admission from china so may I please get the admision and study there with out wasting alot of time ?

I know that the telcomunication engineering of Tsinghua University, Xidian University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications enjoys a high fame both at home and abroad. You may just choose one. By the way, you may have to apply for the admission through the China Embassy in Uganda, from whom you may get more details.
