I am iranian, is physical examination record required for z-visa? if yes please list of clinics

Please list name of clinics and hospitals which have been approved by china embassy in tehran for
doing of physical examination record?

Yes, physical examination record is required for Z visa application. The list you may need to get at Chinese embassy, sorry for unconvenience. Or you can contact them at 9821-22291240, 22292566, or 22291241.
