guangzhou to hong kong or macau,what kind of transport should i take and how long the jouney

From Guangzhou to hong kong, you could take bus or train; to Macau, you could take a bus to Zhuhai Gongbei Bus station, then pass the Gongbei border nearby and you'll be in Macau.
