Besides Z visa invitation letter, you also need to provide Original Employment License for Foreigners issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China and copy, Physical Examination Report from local public hospitals and copy, without them, Chinese embassy in Bangladesh doesn't issue Z visa to you even though you have Z visa invitation letter.
