Why can't I get a China visa when 3 years has passed for overstaying in china?

dear sir when i was in china i overstay there and then chinese embssy catch to me and then they gived me on star(*) visa for req. to leave china with in 10 days and then i was come back to my home country india and here i applying visa but every time chinese embassy refuse my passport and also putting one red real back of my passport and they gived reason is overstay and now already 3 years gone but still i m geting every time same problm so please if have any way to i get visa please know if have any fine fee i ll to pay. thanks

i already apply visa with new passport but again same problem china embbsy refused my passport. if you have any way please know me .
also please know me whant can i get visa or not if yes please how. thanks

you can go to hongkong with 3 persons.then get a group visa to china.if china immigration allow you to go inside china then no need to worry.come back with that group visa and apply for 1 year china visa with the help of some agents.good luck.
i am also same as you and now i am in china with the same way.

I think you are in the backlist of embassy, for applicants of Asian countries, the rule is strict, once you have the record of overstay, it is very hard to get a new visa to return to China. There are star visa and read stamp on your passport, which reveals you overstay in China. You can apply for a new passport to have a try.

i also aplyed visa from hongkong with alon but same result chinese embssy refuse the my passport if have any other way to get china visa please know me also please note already 37 month gone.

Sunil go to hongkong and try with GOPAL TRAVELS.its in MIRADOR MANSION 2 nd floor .Tell them all the truth and they surely will help u.
If you are in India now pls go through internet find Gopal travels phone number and confirm with them and go to Hongkong.
