About:China Customs Declaration

Does any information exist about duties on personal items shipped into China and forbidden items?

I am moving to China and will need to ship some of my personal belongings. However, I will try to sell some items if the duty is excessive. Is there a list of duties on items? Also, is there a list of items that I am not allowed to bring into China? Thanks again.

There is duties if you bring something taxable, such as one than two bottle wines, etc. Do not bring plants, meat, etc. I suggest you find a shipping company. They will offer help on packing, good list and duty to be charged.
