About:Chinese Weights & Measures

to get the measurements for clothes my stepson has provided the following-;
waist 2.3
chest 2.8
length 1.9 (shoulder to waist)

how can I convert this into UK inches for sizing please ?

Waist: 2 chi 3 cun in Chinese measurement right? 2 chi equals 26.25 inches and 3 cun equals 3.94 inches. His waist is 30.19 inches. 1 chi equals 13.12 inches, 8 cun equal 10.5 inches and 9 cun equal 11.81 inches. So, you can convert this into inches.
