Where do i get a cab for Holiday Inn Express from Luo Hu station? How much do i have to pay? I am told there are lot of cabbies who approach you and then fleece you

When get out of the station, you will find taxi there waiting for passengers. You'd better ask for the taxi driver to charge by meter. The taxi fare from Luohu station to your hotel is within CNY15.
