About:Getting to Dongguan

i understand there is a high speed train from Macao boarder to fushan city know is this true and what time is it schedule I understand only once per day and were is the station located after boarder

There is no high speed train from Macau Border to Foshan. You can find a lot of buses from Gongbei bus station to Foshan. You just need to pass through Macau Border and walk to the bus station. Then you can board the bus there to Foshan.
