Will the L tourist visa single entry be valid if I go to Hong Kong and Shenzhen first?

I will be visiting Beijing this coming May 16 to 21. I already have an L tourist visa single entry. However, I will also be visiting Hong Kong plus Shenzen on May 1 to 4 which is a week earlier than my Beijing trip. As a Filipino we are not required a visa for Hong Kong. I will be joining a group tour in Hong Kong and a group visa will be provided by the travel agency for Shenzen. I am just concerned if my Hong Kong/Shenzen trip be considered as an entry to Mainland China? Will the consul at the airport regard this earlier trip as entry to mainland China thereby making my L tourist visa for Beijing already void when i will be having my trip there? Thank you and i hope to hear a reply very soon.

Yes, your entry from Hk to Shenzhen will make your single entry visa invalid, but you can apply for another single entry China visa to Beijing from he visa office of PRC in Hk.

Thank you for clearing my concern Mr David. I was wondering if my China L visa single entry be also counted as void if I will only be traveling to Hong Kong alone without Shengen? Do I need another visa for this? Also, what about Macau? If I enter Macau will my L visa be counted as an entry to China and will have concerns with visa?
