About:China Customs Declaration

I am an epilepsy patient and will be traveling to China soon.Should I declare my routine medication?

The medicines I used to take are:
Levetiracetam
Carbamazepine
Lamotrigine
Clonazepam (0.5 mg)
I have a prescription from my doctor in Afghanistan, and I have been admitted to a university in China."
