About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

For credit cards, I understand you must put 00 before your 4 character pin number. Does that work always? Is the key pad also in English numbers?

It doesn't always work to put 00 before the 4 PIN number, since some banks has upgraded their PIN into 6 numbers already.

Yes, the characters on the ATM keypads are both in Chinese and English.
