About:Ruins of St. Paul's & Monte Fort

hi.. im going to macau for a day trip this june, can u kindly info me about :
1. how far is it to walk from grand lisboa hotel to senado square, ruins of st. paul and venetian? which one i reach first? if using bus, what bus can i take to reach them?
2. how long would it take to visit that places? is it hard to find so i must bring macau's map along with me?
3. i heard that macau's egg tart is most famous, where i can buy it?
4. do you know any shop/places where i can buy some souvenir (food - snack/ unique souvenir) ?
5. what time is latest of grand lisboa free shuttle bus?
6. is there any place to eat some local food which is unique and cheap? what kind of food is that?

10-15 minutes by food from Hotel Lisboa to Senado Square. Venetain is in Taipa Island, far away from Sneado Square area. Will you go from Macau Ferry Terminal? Or somewhere else. You can buy egg tart around Senado Square. You can buy snacks in that area too, also there is a food snack in Taipa, called Rua do Cunha. You can eat local food there.

Im going to macau from hongkong with cotai jet ferry. so how can i get to venetian from senado square? or can you kindly suggest me the best itinerary for a day trip in macau with the detail transportation (free shuttle bus/anything)?
btw what time is it when macau getting dark? and can i use HKD in all payment there?
