My query is as follow:
My parents came to Japan via Guangzhou (transit at Guangzhou) on the first week of March as a tourist visa. They are planning to go back Nepal through Guangzhou within April 15. They again have a transit at Guangzhou for around 3 hours while returning to Kathmandu, Nepal. I heard that it is necessary go get transit visa for Nepali passport holder. They did not need transit visa while coming to Japan. Do they need a transit visa while returning back to Nepal?
