Hi - I will be in Xian around the 20th-23rd May and I expect it to be springish weather ? So shouldnt be too hot or rainy I hope. If anyone can make any recommendations to my approx plan - appreciated.
On Day one Im arriving on the overnight train from Beijing at around 8am.
Plan to visit
- Drum TOwer
- Bell TOwer
- Big Goose Pagoda
Day 2
- Terracotta Warriors
- Huaqing Hot Springs + Light Show
Day 3
- Moslem Street
- City Wall ( staying near the Shuyuan/ South Gate )
- Fly to Chengdu
If time allows - Ive also been told that the Shaanxii History Museum and Tang Dynasty show are worth seeing as well ?
Just really wondering about the city wall ? I was wondering if its possible to see / walk some of the wall - is it difficult , uneven etc. The main thing is that I cannot ride a bicycle or walk / trek great distances due to an injury - balance issue I have. So was wondering if a short walk is do-able and worth it and if the city bus tour of the wall is recommended also ?
Thanks for your advice.
