Ole London Hotel is only about 2-3 minutes walking distance to P.Ponte Horta/Terminal where you can take bus 21 to Macau Tower passing Ama Temple. It seems no free shuttle bus between Macau Tower and Wynn. You can take bus 32 to Lisboa and then walk to Wynn. Grand Lisboa (新葡京) is also nearby. You can take bus 3A from Wynn/Grand Lisboa to P.Ponte Horta Terminal, then back to the hotel. Your hotel is next to R. do Guimaraes (海邊新街) where you can take bus 26A (or 21A) and get off at Vila de Coloane. Then walk toward the seashore to find the chuch. From the church, you can take any bus back to Taipa downtown. Then walk to Rua do Cunha.
