I suggest you take the free shuttle bus at the bus temrinal outside Macau Ferry Terminal to Hotel Lisboa. Then you can walk to Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul's Church, Macau Museum, etc. It is easy to find a restaurant nearby that area. In the afternoon, you can take bus to Venetain, City of Dreams. There is Rua do Cunha where you can find dim sum and many restaurants with local food. Finnaly, get back to the ferry terminal. If there is still some time left, you can visit Fisherman's Wharf nearby the ferry temrinal.
