About:Embassy of Malta in China

I know you need at least three different permits to visit Lhasa, what is the cost for that, how long it takes to get them and how much it cost?

You can not apply for the permit by yourself and you need to find a Chinese agency to help you to apply it. As i know, the permit is free of charge but you will have to book the service. Hope it is helpful.
