My institution is developing a waste management project(Used Polyethene Films) in Zaria, Kaduna State. One of the major requirement is film shredding machine. That we saw on line in Shanghai.As the head of Polymer Technology Department in my Institution, i was asked to arrange and travel to Chine to purchase the machines for the project. On requesting for invitation letter from the supplier ,we were told it will take 17days to get the invitation letter.
we will appreciate if the embassy can assist my institution in getting the invitation letter earlier than that . Thank You
