i want to bring some empty 12 roll films for camera and mini dvd for my camcorder to china and going back to usa with undevelop 12 roll films and 12 mini dvd contains with our trip to our sightseeing in our itinerary. let us know if these are prohibited because i want to have a picture and sourvenier with me of china.

Hey John, I don't think you should worry about the rolls of films or the DVD.We returned from China in September and all they were concern was the weight of the luggage. My advise for you is travel light to China on the way back buy souvenirs and what you like. Prices are great. You will be able to strike many deals. Enjoy your trip!!!
