visa problem for china

i have been applied for training course on neonate and pediatric nursing technique in developing counties in 2016. corse duration 27-07-2016 to 2016-09-20. but still my visa approval was not received me. please give me a good solution to get my visa to china to participate for the course as soon as possible.
