Can we take shuttle bus route 3 to Beijing New Dragon hostel from the airport?

Hi,

I will be going to Beijing in two weeks with a group of students. We are staying in the New Dragon hostel (No.26 Shijia Hutong Dong Dan Bei Dajie, Xi-Cheng, 100010 Beijing). Is it true that we can best take shuttle bus route 3 and get out at the chaoyangmen stop? Have you any indication about how long this will take?
