About:Overseas Chinese Town East

Is it easy to find taxi in OCT east ? How much the approximate cost and how long the journey to the Metropark hotel in Dongmen from OCT east ?
I saw some pictures of OCT east... they have a lot of stairs... Is it easy to travel there by wheelchair ?

Not many taxis there. I may take 40 minutes by taxi, I think. Some places are not possible to reach by wheelchair.
