In one day? From Macau Ferry Terminal, you can take bus 10 to Golden Lotus Square then later to Ama Temple. Then back to 新馬路Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, walk to Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul, the museum and Foraleza Do Monter, St. Dominic's Church. Fisherman's wharf is 10 minutes walking distance to Macau Ferry Terminal. I think this is enough for one day tour there.
